Botswana is a landlocked country in Southern Africa. The country makes up largely of the Okavango Delta and the Kalahari Dessert. Botswana is made up of roughly 2.2 million people.  



The Capital of Botswana is Gabarone. 


Botswana’s currency is the Pula. 1 Pula is equivalent to R1.50. The Rand is also commonly accepted.


English is the official language in Botswana and Setswana is the national language. The country also has 20 other languages spoken.
