About Me
Hello, Welcome to The Roaming Taster.
Let me introduce myself, my name is Thirusha, the person behind The Roaming Taster. I’m a lawyer by day with a never-ending wanderlust and therefore consider myself a travel enthusiast. I grew up and am located in the beautiful country of South Africa.
I enjoy learning about different cultures and experiencing all of this through TRAVEL. This is where my passion and enthusiasm lies. It is also the reason I got the nickname “roamer” from my family and friends as I constantly wanted to explore new places rather than stay home. Luckily this has not changed.
From my experiences, I have discovered that despite our different dialects and unique cultural beliefs, the one thing that all of us have in common is our passion and love for travel and food regardless of where in the world you find yourself.

I have been to eleven countries as well to eight of the nine provinces in South Africa and my journey is definitely just beginning. Hold on, rest of the world, I am coming for you.
